HENRICO COUNTY, VA. – Malvern Manor Apartment’s staff recently won the “Community Team of the Year” Award, an honor given by the Central Virginia Apartment Association as part of its RAMMY competition. Henrico-based Gumenick Properties owns and operates Malvern Manor.

The Central Virginia Apartment Association sponsors the annual RAMMY Awards to recognize superior achievements in apartment community operations. The “Community Team of the Year” Award received by Malvern Manor was in the category covering apartment communities with 301 units and above.
