HENRICO CO., VA. – Josh Williams has joined Gumenick Properties as Sales Manager for The Neighborhood, the for-sale home community at Libbie Mill-Midtown. Libbie Mill-Midtown is a mixed-used development and the largest revitalization project in Henrico’s 400-year history.
Williams will be responsible for all sales activities. Until model homes are completed, he will meet with customers at The Design Gallery for The Neighborhood. The gallery is located at 4901 Libbie Mill East Boulevard, Suite 170 in Libbie Mill-Midtown. The gallery’s hours are Monday-Saturday: 11am-5pm, Sunday: 12-5pm or by appointment. Prior to joining Gumenick properties, Williams was a Senior Sales and Marketing Representative for Ryan Homes in Richmond.
Williams is a 2001 graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland and holds a bachelor of arts in degree in biology from the school.
Libbie Mill--Midtown will be unique, existing as both a thriving local community and a regional destination. Its Midtown location is convenient to Richmond, western Henrico County and major roadways, including I-64 and I-95.
