HENRICO CO., VA. – Two Gumenick Properties' sales managers recently won top honors in the 2014 MAME competition, which recognizes excellence in new home sales and marketing in Central Virginia.
Karen M. Hofheimer, sales manager at the company’s Grayson Hill community, won a Platinum Sales Volume Excellence Award. This award recognizes individual annual sales of at least $7 million. In addition, she received the Personal Excellence Ace Award, which is presented to the area sales agent with the highest net closed volume.
Maryann Moulton, sales manager at the company’s Monument Square community, also received a Sales Volume Excellence Platinum Award.

The Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Building Association of Richmond sponsors the annual MAME Awards. Recipients include area builders, advertising agencies, graphic artists, interior designers, landscapers, sales professionals and sign and display designer/fabricators.
