Gumenick Properties Receives High Marks In Apartment Survey

HENRICO CO, VA. – Gumenick Properties has received a 2014 National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence from CEL & Associates. This award distinguishes the Henrico-based company for its exceptional service to residents at its apartment communities.
Within the apartment management sector, National Real Estate Awards for Customer Service Excellence are acknowledged as a prestigious sign of success.

This award is a part of the National Real Estate Customer Service Awards Program. It honors “The Best In The Industry” for their ability to provide the highest level and quality of customer service throughout their portfolio. CEL bestows the National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence based on a national survey of resident satisfaction. These surveys cover nine areas, including staff responsiveness, property appearance and renewal intentions.

Earlier this year, CEL announced that four Virginia apartment communities operated by Gumenick Properties received recognition for excellent customer service in 2014. The apartment communities that received “A List Awards For Customer Service” were:

  • The Village at Horsepen in Henrico
  • The Estates at Horsepen in Henrico
  • South Beach Apartments in Virginia Beach
  • Malvern Manor Apartments in Richmond

“A List Awards” are based on surveys of resident satisfaction. Surveys cover nine areas, including staff responsiveness, property appearance and renewal intentions. CEL has compiled such data since 1998 and, in that time, has surveyed customer satisfaction at thousands of properties. Ratings are done annually.
