Gumenick Properties Attains Customer Satisfaction Award

Five Apartment Communities Also Receive Top Honors for Taking Care of Customers

HENRICO CO., VA. -- Gumenick Properties has received a 2015 National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence from CEL & Associates. This honor recognizes apartment management companies that do an exceptional job of taking care of residents.

In addition, the company’s South Beach Apartments received a CEL Platinum A List Award, the highest customer service honor given to individual properties. Plus, four other apartment communities received CEL A List awards for outstanding customer service. These are: Malvern Manor Apartments, Richmond; Southgate Towers Apartments, Miami; The Estates at Horsepen, Henrico; and The Village at Horsepen, Henrico.

These honors are bestowed by Los Angeles-based CEL & Associates, which specializes in measuring consumer satisfaction at apartment communities. CEL awards are recognized throughout the apartment management sector as significant signs of achievement. These awards are part of the National Real Estate Customer Service Awards Program. This honors “The Best In The Industry” for their ability to provide the highest level and quality of customer service throughout their portfolio.

Companywide and property specific awards are based on surveys of resident satisfaction. Surveys cover nine areas, including staff responsiveness, property appearance and renewal intentions. CEL has compiled such data since 1998 and, in that time, has surveyed customer satisfaction at thousands of properties. Ratings are done annually.
